Subagreement Insurance. i. If the Project or Project work is on or along a state highway, Recipient shall require its contractor(s) to meet the minimum insurance requirements provided in Exhibit C. Recipient may specify insurance requirements of its contractor(s) above the minimum insurance requirements specified in Exhibit C. Recipient shall verify its contractor(s) meet the insurance requirements in Exhibit C.
