Common use of Students' Grades Clause in Contracts

Students' Grades. Whenever a grade or decision to pass or retain a student is changed against the advice of the teacher(s) giving the original grade(s), the principal shall state in writing to the teacher(s) the reasons for such change and shall assume full responsibility for such change. The teacher may appeal such change to the Superintendent. In cases appealed by the teacher under provisions of this Article, the teacher shall state in writing supportive evidence for his/her position on the case appealed.
