Reading. (a) The Buyer shall collect on a monthly basis meter reading information. The Seller shall provide to the Buyer access to the Facility at all reasonable times upon reasonable prior notice for the purpose of reading or inspecting meters, examining the operation of the Facility or other purposes reasonably related to performance under the terms of this agreement. Such access shall not interfere with Seller's normal business operations. All Buyer’s personnel shall comply with all Facility safety and procedural rules while on the Facility premises. Some children benefit from additional phonics support on a 1:1 basis, so this is put in place for those who need it. A Reading Record is used across the school for parents and staff to write in or comment about the child’s reading. We strongly encourage reading at home and classes have a reward scheme in place for this.
