Common use of Students employed by the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Students employed by the Corporation. A definition of a student shall be a person who is either in attendance at or on vacation from a full time course taught at a recognized High School, Vocational School, College or University. Unless otherwise approved by the Union, the Corporation shall not employ students to reduce the normal hours of work of any Regular Employee in the Bargaining Unit.
