Common use of Student Profile Clause in Contracts

Student Profile. Institution shall make available to COUNTY a field application student profile which shall include the student’s name, address, telephone number, other pertinent information. The COUNTY shall review student applications and select students for internship with the COUNTY. COUNTY shall regard this information as confidential and shall use the information only to identify each student.
