Student Documentation. a) Graduation Alliance shall maintain student documentation to support eligibility as specified in Section C. and enrollment as specified in Section F. b) Graduation Alliance shall, on behalf of the District, request school records for each student from the last school they attended. c) Graduation Alliance shall maintain documentation of award of credit. d) Graduation Alliance will comply with all state and federal laws related to the privacy, sharing, and retention of student records. e) Access to all student records will be provided in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
