Structural Loading. Landlord’s structural engineer has confirmed the loading requirements set out in the attached load drawings are acceptable except that Tenant roof loading and 5th floor requires additional reinforcement. Landlord shall provide the foregoing reinforcement at Tenant’s sole cost and expense which has been determined by the parties to be the amount of $299,592.00 plus HST thereon payable by Tenant to Landlord in its entirety upon substantial completion of the roof.

  • Structural 3.4.1. Layout structural systems with dimensions and floor elevations. Identify structural systems (including pre-cast, structural steel with composite deck, structural steel bar joists); with preliminary sizing identified. 3.4.2.
