STRUCTURAL DESIGN/DOCUMENTATION Services Sample Clauses

The STRUCTURAL DESIGN/DOCUMENTATION Services clause defines the responsibilities and scope of work for providing structural engineering design and related documentation. It typically outlines the preparation of detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications necessary for the construction of a building’s structural elements, such as foundations, beams, and columns. By clearly delineating these obligations, the clause ensures that all parties understand the deliverables required for regulatory approval and construction, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or incomplete documentation.
