STRUCTURAL DESIGN/DOCUMENTATION Services. On an ongoing basis, Consultant shall develop the specific structural system(s) and Schematic Design Documents in sufficient detail to establish: basic structural system and dimensions; final structural design criteria; foundation design criteria; preliminary sizing of additional major structural components; critical coordination clearances; and outline specifications or materials lists. These Services shall also include the following: a. Plan drawings with all structural members located and sized. b. Footing, beam, column and connection schedules. c. Final building elevations. d. Outline specifications. e. Foundation drawings.
