PHASE 4 - BASIC SERVICES - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SERVICES. In the Construction Documents phase Consultant shall provide those Basic Services necessary to prepare, from the approved Design Development Documents, construction documents consisting of drawings, specifications and other documents setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of the Project, as well as the documents pertaining to bidding and contracting for the construction of the Project (the “Construction Documents”). Consultant's Services during Phase 4 shall consist of the following: A.4.01 Upon written authorization from Owner to proceed, Consultant shall prepare, from the approved Design Development Documents, working drawings and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the entire Project. Additional requirements of the documents are: a. Owner shall provide the General and Supplemental General Conditions of the Construction Contract, which Consultant shall incorporate into the Construction Documents. b. Complete specifications shall be prepared using the Construction Specifications Institute's 3-part and 16-division format. c. Consultant shall provide Owner with in-progress Construction Documents as needed during development of this phase. d. After review and approval of the 100% complete draft Construction Documents by Owner, Consultant shall continue with preparation of the final documents, including final specifications for all authorized work on the Project, and shall incorporate in those final documents the comments and any modifications or changes desired by Owner, any modifications required for compliance with all applicable codes, regulations or standards, and the approved program or prior written approvals and instructions of Owner. The resulting final Construction Document submittal shall be a complete, fully coordinated, integrated package, suitable for bidding distribution, without any significant addenda or further clarifications required.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre- Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Construction The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall deliver to the Developer “as-built” drawings, relay diagrams, information and documents for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities set forth in Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not transfer operational control of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities to the NYISO upon completion of such facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.
