Common use of STRUCK WORK Clause in Contracts

STRUCK WORK. 6.01 The Employer agrees that Employees covered by this Agreement will not be asked to execute struck work temporarily transferred from any Employer whose Employee members of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union are engaged in a legal strike which has been sanctioned by the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union. This does not preclude the execution of work transferred from a struck plant by a customer or the completion of any contract work in progress outside a struck plant before any such strike occurs.
