STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 9.01 There shall be no strike or lock-out during the term of this agreement or of any renewal of the agreement except as specified in the Ontario Labour Relations Act. 9.02 For the purpose of Article 9.01, “strike” and “lock-out” have the same meaning as under the Labour Relations Act as interpreted by the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
