Common use of STRIKES AND SANCTIONS Clause in Contracts

STRIKES AND SANCTIONS. A. During the term of this Agreement neither the Association or any persons acting in its behalf, nor any individual employee will cause, authorize, or support, nor will any bargaining unit members take part in any strike (i.e., the concerted failure to report for duty, or willful absence of an employee from his/her position, or stoppage of work, or abstinence, in whole or in part from the full, faithful, proper performance of the employee's duties of employment).
