STEP II – Superintendent Level. If the grievance is not resolved at Step I, it may be submitted by the Employee in writing to the Superintendent within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the building principal’s written reply. Within fifteen (15) working days thereafter, a meeting shall be held between the grievant, an Association representative, the Superintendent or his/her designee, and other appropriate administrative personnel. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall provide the grievant and the Association with a written response to the grievance, including the reason(s) for the decision, within fifteen (15) working days after such meeting.
