All dining areas are clean prior to the scheduled start of the meal period and prior to closing for the day. IAW TB MEB 530 Paragraph 4-601.11 AQL: Using ANSI Z1.4-2008: Acceptable Quality Level will be equal to 10% of the sample size for the surveillance period.
