B. Bidder has not directly or indirectly induced or solicited any other Bidder to submit a false or sham Bid;
C. Bidder has not solicited or induced any individual or entity to refrain from bidding; and

BIDDER’S CERTIFICATION. 1 Consolidated latex paint used for covering graffiti, where color and consistency of performance are not primary concerns. 2 Reprocessed latex paint used for interior and exterior architectural applications such as wallboard, ceiling, and trim; gutterboards; and concrete, stucco, masonry, wood, and metal surfaces. 3The recommended recovered materials content for rubber railroad grade crossing surfaces are based on the weight of the raw materials, exclusive of any additives such as binders or additives 4 The recommended recovered materials content levels for steel in this table reflect the fact that the designated items can be made from steel manufactured from either a Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF) or an Electric Arc Furnace (EAF). Steel from the BOF process contains 25- 30% total recovered materials, of which 16% is post-consumer steel. Steel from the EAF process contains a total of 100% recovered steel, of which 67% is post-consumer. Bidder certifies that the construction product(s) which the bidder is offering contains the required minimum percentage of post-consumer and recovered material content as shown above for the product.
