Status of the Agreement. The language of this Agreement shall supersede language in any written rules, regulations, policies, or resolutions of the District which is contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and concludes all bargaining for its term unless specific items are reopened elsewhere in the Agreement.
