Status Definitions. To qualify for “full-time” status an employee must work an average of thirty-six (36) hours for thirteen (13) consecutive weeks. Full-time status is granted based on seniority. Exceptions are when an employee is covering a leave of absence. Any employee working less than forty (40) hours per week is considered “part-time”.
