Status Definitions Sample Clauses

The Status Definitions clause establishes clear meanings for specific terms related to the status of parties, deliverables, or processes within an agreement. It typically outlines what constitutes statuses such as "active," "pending," "completed," or "default," ensuring all parties interpret these terms consistently throughout the contract. By providing these definitions, the clause eliminates ambiguity and reduces the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding the progress or obligations under the agreement.
