Common use of Statement of Investment Policy and Objective Clause in Contracts

Statement of Investment Policy and Objective. Subject to the prohibitions and restrictions contained in Section 5.2 hereof, the general investment policy and objective of the Trustees shall be to provide to the Participants of the Trust safety of capital, liquidity of funds, and investment income, in that order, by investing in permitted investments in accordance with this Trust Agreement and any other applicable provisions of law, as the same may be amended from time to time.
