Common use of Statement at Completion Clause in Contracts

Statement at Completion. Not later than 30 days after the issue of the Taking-Over Certificate in respect of the whole of the Works, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer six copies of Statement at Completion with supporting documents showing in detail, in the form approved by the Engineer:
