Common use of State and Federal Law Clause in Contracts

State and Federal Law. At all times during the term of this Contract and in the performance of every aspect of this Contract, the Contractor shall strictly adhere to all applicable federal and state law (statutory and case law), regulations and standards, as have been or may hereinafter be established, specifically including without limitation, the policies, rules, and regulations of the Division. Both parties that enter into this Contract understand that before the Contract can be executed, the Contract must be approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
