The Employer shall establish the following standard starting times: 7:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Employees at POTA and BCI BCI&I who have aa 6:30 a.m. start time shall not be required to change to one of the standard starting times.
