Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:
Weekend Work 5.5.1 Overtime work on Saturday will be paid for at the rate of time and a-half for the first 2 hours and Double Time thereafter. All overtime worked after 12 noon on Saturday will be paid for at the rate of Double Time. An employee required to work on the Saturday following Good Friday will be paid at least 4 hours' work, at the rate of Double Time and a-half.
HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME 8.01 A regular workday shall consist of eight hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A regular workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours, comprised of five (5) regular work days, Monday to Friday inclusive.
Hours Worked For the purpose of computing the number of hours worked, all time during which an employee is in paid status shall be construed as hours worked.
Normal Hours of Work 6.01 The normal work day is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00 Midnight.
