Common use of Start of Construction Clause in Contracts

Start of Construction. Subdivider shall begin construction of the Improvements within six (6) months of the date of the Start Date, and will diligently pursue completion of the Improvements. Subdivider's failure to do substantial work on the Improvements for a period of thirty (30) consecutive calendar days shall be presumptive evidence that Subdivider is failing to diligently pursue construction of the Improvements.
