Start and Completion of Project. (a) CONTRACTOR shall commence the Work on or prior to the Commencement Date and shall perform the Work such that it achieves all Milestones on or before the applicable Milestone Deadlines set forth in Exhibit VIII (the “Installation Schedule”), unless the period for completion is extended in accordance with this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate and incorporate the schedules of all Subcontractors into all applicable schedules, work plans and progress reports.
