Standard Time Change. At the time of change from standard to daylight saving time or vice-versa, the time change will take place at 0200 hours. Employees will not receive pay for the hour lost in the change to daylight saving time. In the change to standard time, the ninth hour will be paid at time and one-half (1 ½).

Health and Safety Committee The Union and Employer recognize that the Occupational Health and Safety Act is binding upon both Parties and agree to recognize the requirements thereof. Accordingly, the Employer and the Union agree to a joint Health and Safety Committee in accordance with the Occupational Health Act of Ontario with three (3) representatives Management and three (3) representatives from the Union.
