Common use of Standard Pay Periods Clause in Contracts

Standard Pay Periods. Employees who work less than twelve (12) months per year 12 (except bus employees), will receive an initial pay check reflecting an amount equal to the 13 pay period rate multiplied by the percentage of the days worked in the pay period, not to 14 exceed a full pay period amount. Thereafter, paychecks representing a full pay period rate 15 of the employee’s annual salary will be issued semi-monthly.
