Common use of Standard Passthrough Billing Service Clause in Contracts

Standard Passthrough Billing Service. In accordance with the provision of the Standard Passthrough Billing Service Option, Competitive Supplier agrees to separately bill Customers for the cost of Generation Service provided by the Competitive Supplier and for the collection of amounts due to the Competitive Supplier from the Customer. Company agrees to provide Competitive Supplier with Customer usage information, in accordance with the EBT Standards and the Terms and Conditions.
