Stale Date. The Bank (or at any time prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Borrower) shall notify the Agent of checks dated six months or more prior to the date of collection and which exceed $_____________. The agent may, in its reasonable discretion, require that any such checks be forwarded promptly to the Agent.

Stale Date. Good faith efforts will be used to deposit an Item dated more than six (6) months prior to the date it is collected from the Lockbox;
