If any provision of the Agreement or of any writing used in connection with the Agreement is unlawful or unenforceable, each such provision or writing will be without force and effect without thereby affecting any other provision hereof. 1. The Service. This Section sets forth the terms and conditions relating to Automated Clearing House (ACH) Service (the “ACH Service “) and is applicable only to Customers who execute an Enrollment Form requesting ACH Service.
