Common use of Stage Four Clause in Contracts

Stage Four. If the matter is not settled at Stage Three, the Chief Executive will meet with the Union Official, if requested the employee’s relevant Workplace Representative, the Manager People and Culture and the relevant General Manager.

Stage Four.
