In situations when Grantee is unable to recruit areas with a fully licensed staff membermental health workforce shortage, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may request alternate staff credentials to be considered to fill the roles of the team. Any deviation, excluding the medical staff, deviation from Sections I(C)(1)(aI(C)(2)(a-gf) of this Attachment A, Statement of Work (Version 2), must receive the prior written approval of System Agency.
76. Grantee shall not alter the quantity or quality of services due to staff vacancies.
