Staff Room. The Employer agrees to provide a staff room for the use of employees and their guests. This room shall be in a loca- tion in or near the MBC at SFU. The Employer further agrees to provide a refrigerator, microwave, couch, table, and several chairs, all in good working condition, to furnish the room.
