Common use of Staff Representative Clause in Contracts

Staff Representative. The staff representative, upon prior notification to 11 the Employer, may be permitted reasonable access to the premises for the purpose of 12 consulting with bargaining unit members about the provisions of this Agreement, the 13 adjustment of grievances, and those other purposes specifically described elsewhere in 14 the provisions of this Agreement. 16 The staff representative shall make his/her presence known to management immediately 17 upon arrival on the premises of the Employer.
