Staff Representative. The Staff Representative of the Union or authorized representative may contact employees on the Employer premises provided that on each visit such representatives make their presence known to the head of the Human Resources Department (Manager or Director) or his/her designate and shall indicate the purpose of the visit, and identify those areas of the Employer which the representatives desire to visit.
