Staff Representative. The staff representative shall be permitted 17 reasonable access to the premises for the purpose of consulting with bargaining unit 18 members about the provisions of this Agreement, the adjustment of grievances, and those 19 other purposes specifically described elsewhere in the provisions of this Agreement. 21 The staff representative shall make his/her presence known to management immediately 22 upon arrival on the premises of the Employer.
