Common use of Staff Representative Clause in Contracts

Staff Representative. The Sheriff will recognize one (1) Labor Council staff representative as a union representative in accordance with this Article upon receipt of a letter identifying the staff representative (or designee). Said staff representative shall be admitted to the Sheriff's facilities, which are open to the general public, during normal business hours. Said staff representative shall notify the Sheriff (or designee) upon arrival prior to conducting any Union business.
