Staff Relations. A. The Board and the Association expect that the worth, dignity, and rights of the individual shall be paramount in all professional relations. (2005) It is recognized that professional and ethical behavior is expected of all school employees. Therefore, administration will not discipline or reprimand a teacher in the presence of students, parents, or fellow teachers. Additionally, teachers will interact with administration, staff, and parents in a positive and professional manner. (2021)
