Termination by Residents Sample Clauses
The 'Termination by Residents' clause grants residents the right to end their lease or occupancy agreement under specified conditions. Typically, this clause outlines the notice period residents must provide, any fees or penalties that may apply, and the acceptable reasons for early termination, such as job relocation or health issues. Its core practical function is to provide residents with a clear and fair process for exiting their housing agreement before the original end date, thereby balancing flexibility for residents with predictability for property managers.
Termination by Residents. You may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, without cause, by giving the FSCH a written 30-day notice. You need not specify any reason for leaving. You will however, be held fiscally responsible for your monthly payment until the 30-day period has transpired and the room has been completely vacated.
