Common use of Staff and Volunteers Clause in Contracts

Staff and Volunteers. 15.1 The Service Provider shall employ sufficient properly trained, careful, skilled, honest, competent and experienced staff to ensure that the Services are provided at all times and in accordance with the Specification. The Service Provider shall ensure that a sufficient number of staff are available to provide the Service in accordance with the Specification during staff holidays or absence through sickness or any other cause.
