Common use of Spring Break Clause in Contracts

Spring Break. The District and the Association agree to the following conditions for all unit members during Spring Break: The Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday following Easter Sunday shall be designated as paid holidays for the classified bargaining unit members. The remaining two (2) days of the Spring recess following Easter Sunday shall be taken as vacation, comp time, PN leave, or leave without pay by the classified staff.
