SPIFFS. Both Parties will explore the development of a spiff program for account executives who sell the Services. The program funding will be considered part of the respective company's cost of sales.

SPIFFS. The Dealer may pay weekly and the monthly spiffs based on for example: volume, gross, various older vehicles, factory and dealer contests, etc. Details of which will be documented in writing noting conditions and time frame, and signed authorization by sales management.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member.
