Specified BBNB Lease Amendment. If Vantage elects to waive the condition in Section 8.2(e), the Specified BBNB Lease Amendment will be added to Schedule 7 of the YieldCo GP Operating Agreement as Inventory and Expansion Capacity (as defined in the YieldCo GP Operating Agreement) for the additional megawatts contemplated thereunder (and as set forth in Exhibit 1.1(d)(ii)). If fourteen (14) days after all of the conditions to Closing in Article VIII have been satisfied other than the condition in Section 8.2(e), Vantage has not yet received an executed copy of the Specified BBNB Lease Amendment, Vantage will waive the condition in Section 8.2(e) and the Specified BBNB Lease Amendment will be added to Schedule 7 of the YieldCo GP Operating Agreement as Inventory and Expansion Capacity.
