SPECIFICATION VARIATIONS. Except in the particulars specified by Buyer and expressly agreed to in writing signed by Seller, the goods furnished hereunder shall be produced in accordance with the Seller's standard practices. All goods, however, including those produced to meet an exact specification, shall be subject to Seller's mill tolerances and variations consistent with good mill practice in respect to dimension, weight, straightness, section, composition and mechanical or physical properties, and to normal variations in surface and internal conditions and in quality and to deviations from tolerances and variations consistent with practical testing and inspection methods and to regular mill practice on over and under shipments (as set forth in Section 2.4(c) of the Rounds Supply Agreement.
SPECIFICATION VARIATIONS. Seller reserves the right to alter the specification of any goods without prior reference to Purchaser, provided that the goods comply in all other known respects with Purchaser's requirements.   • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Technical Specifications The purpose of the Technical Specifications (TS), is to define the technical characteristics of the Goods and Related Services required by the Procuring Entity. The Procuring Entity shall prepare the detailed TS consider that:
