Common use of Specific Retained Authorities Clause in Contracts

Specific Retained Authorities. 34.2.1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in this Agreement, Transnet shall retain the exclusive right, discretion and authority with respect specifically to the activities described in this clause 34.2 and the Service Provider shall obtain Transnet’s prior written approval before undertaking any such activities.
