Common use of Specific Identification of Facility and Equipment Clause in Contracts

The following COUNTY facilities and/or equipment may be utilized by CONTRACTOR under this Agreement: (a) Office space for CONTRACTOR’S employees (b) Office supplies and Computer equipment for use by CONTRACTOR employees.
