Common use of Special Studies Clause in Contracts

Special Studies. 5.9.1. From time to time the Parties will engage in special studies (e.g. watershed/subwatershed, geotechnical, floodline) related to land use and regulatory matters that affect all municipalities and one or more Conservation Authority(ies). 5.9.2. The Parties will develop a work plan to collaboratively conduct these studies when it has been determined to be of mutual interest.
