Special Perils Form Property Insurance. Developer will purchase on a replacement cost basis. Deductibles and limits will be standard to those in the industry, and the policy shall include an "Agreed Amount" endorsement. Earthquake and flood insurance, as well as fired vessel, boiler and machinery, and underground collapse, may be required by the City as additional perils, but only to the extent required by Developer’s lender for the Project.
