Common use of Special Needs Students Clause in Contracts

Special Needs Students. A. The parties agree that children having special physical, mental, and emotional problems may require specialized classroom experiences and that their presence in regular classrooms may place additional demands upon professional staff members. It is further agreed by and between said parties that if the placement of any student into a regular classroom setting significantly disrupts the education of the other students, the teacher may request additional testing and evaluation of the student to examine the student's appropriate placement.
